Our Patent search services in India include:

1. Equivalent Search - We can conduct a search to find if an international patent application has entered the national phase in India. The accuracy of our Equivalent Search is 99%.
2. Applicant Name or IPC Statistical Search - We can conduct a search to find out existing patents, patent applications by applicant name or by the IPC.
3. Subject Matter Search - We can conduct a subject matter search for the purpose of State of the Art Search, Patentability/ Novelty Search, Invalidity/ Infringement Search or Competitor Analysis. For this purpose, we require a comprehensive write-up or the patent specification.
4. Freedom to Operate Search and Analysis
5. Conducting status check for patent/ patent application - We can also conduct a status check at the Patent Office for any patent/ patent application by making formal requests in this regard, along with fees for information.
6. Procuring copies of patent / published applications' specifications - Patent specifications are not available on-line in India. We procure copies of the patent specifications of the published application/ patent by making a formal requisition to the Patent Office.
