	FOUNDER
	Mr. Desh Pal Ahuja (1924-1996) The late Mr. Desh Pal Ahuja established the firm in 1971. He held a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry. Before Joining the Profession in 1955, he had been involved in Scientific Research for 7 years in the area of Anti-Malarias and Building Sciences.


	Mr. Sudhir D. Ahuja Registered Patent Agent. He handles Administration and Training, Computerisation, Foreign filings, Patents, Designs, Licensing and Joint Ventures. He has 5 years of experience in Industry and 22 years in IP law.		Mr. Samaresh Chakraborty Registered Patent Agent Senior Lawyer and Advocate with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Mechanical Engineering.
