  Law Graduates or Post Graduates in Science or Technology able to effectively handle Oppositions, Revocations, Appeals and other contested proceedings. 5 to 6 years of experience is essential.

• PATENT ASSOCIATE-TRAINEES

  Ph.Ds, Post graduates in Electronics/Biotechnology/Chemistry or Engineering graduates with 3 years of experience in Patent Prosecution and Oppositions. Must be Registered Patent Agents.

  Law graduates or Post graduates with at least 5 years of experience in handling Trademark Oppositions, Revocations and other contested proceedings.
